These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SNUG, including our website, mobile experience and marketplace services. Please read them carefully before browsing, creating an account or placing an order.

SNUG connects customers with independent coffee roasters. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to the policies displayed in the app.

You may use the marketplace only for lawful personal purchases. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform in a way that harms other customers, roasters or the marketplace.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your access credentials private. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, fulfil legal obligations or investigate a breach of these terms.

The service enables customers to discover products offered by independent roasters. Product listings, order updates and service notices may be provided through the app, email, SMS or other available communication channels.

We work to keep the marketplace available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or improvements to the service.

Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory or infringing content. Do not introduce malware, scrape the marketplace, send unsolicited messages or use automated tools without written permission.

• Respect the rights of customers, roasters and the marketplace.

Products are listed by roasters and may change in availability, price, packaging or delivery estimate. The final order amount is shown during checkout before payment is requested.

We may cancel or decline an order where payment cannot be verified, a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fulfilment would breach law or these terms.

Payments are processed through authorised payment partners. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. We do not store complete card or bank credentials on the marketplace.

Delivery availability, estimates and fees depend on the delivery address and the roaster fulfilling the order. Please check the delivery details before placing an order and contact support promptly if there is an issue.

Reviews and other content you submit must be honest, relevant and respectful. By submitting content, you allow us to display it in connection with the marketplace. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

The SNUG name, visual identity, marketplace materials and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not reproduce, modify or commercially use them without prior written permission.

The marketplace is provided on an as-available basis. Roasters remain responsible for their product information, preparation and packaging. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, SNUG is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the marketplace. This does not exclude liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. The current version is available in the app and takes effect when published, unless a different date is stated.
